Questions

What can I buy on Jumble?

Clothes, shoes, bags and caps for women, men and kids. Items are either pre-loved, or new with tags and could not be returned to the shop.

How do auctions work?

Each auction has a starting bid and a countdown. The highest bid when the timer ends wins. The winner then has 2 hours to pay, or the item goes back on sale.

What if the item isn't as described?

Your money stays with Jumble until you confirm the item is right. Drivers photograph the item at pickup and at your door. If something is wrong, report it within 48 hours and our team will sort it out.
