What we collect
When you join the waitlist or create an account we collect your name and email address, and, if you give them, your phone number and area, and whether you want to shop, sell or drive. Your password is stored encrypted and we can never see it.
Why we collect it
We use it to run your account, to tell you when Jumble launches (if you agreed to emails), and to decide which areas to open first. We do not sell or share it with anyone else for marketing.
Where it is kept
Your details are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase. We keep them until Jumble launches in your area, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop receiving emails, at any time. Email info@thejumblesale.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
